4-axis milling machine

Haas VF-2SS · vertical machining centre

Thanks to the 4th axis, we machine milled parts such as housings and brackets from several sides in a single clamping. Fewer setups, shorter cycle times and dimensions between faces held from a single datum.

CNC turning with Y axis

sheet 02 · Haas ST-20Y

2.5-axis lathe with Y axis

Haas ST-20Y · bar feeder · sub-spindle

We turn and, in the same cycle, drill and mill off the part's centreline with live tools and the Y axis. The sub-spindle takes over the part and finishes the second side. From bar up to Ø 64 mm we run series of turned parts from the bar feeder at the main spindle, without interruption. Larger parts, up to Ø 298 mm, are clamped in the chuck and turned without the bar feeder.

  1. 1First side from bar stock: contour, thread, groove.
  2. 2The sub-spindle grips the finished side.
  3. 3The parting tool cuts the part off the bar.
  4. 4Second side: drilling, facing, chamfer. The part leaves the lathe finished on both sides.

Questions

FAQ
Which files do you accept for quoting?

Ideally a 3D model in STEP and a PDF drawing with tolerances. We also accept IGES, Parasolid, SOLIDWORKS (SLDPRT, SLDASM), DXF and DWG. SOLIDWORKS files are quoted manually; for an instant online price, use a STEP file (in SOLIDWORKS: File → Save As → STEP AP214). If you only have a sketch, send that too.

How long does a CNC machining quote take?

We reply with a price and lead time within 24 h on business days. For simple parts, usually faster.

Do you make single parts and prototypes?

Yes, from 1 piece. We can then repeat the prototype as a series on the same proven CNC program.

Do you offer drilling and cutting as a service?

Yes. We drill and tap holes, also in your own parts, and cut profiles, bars and tubes to length, including at an angle. Send a drawing or a description via the form and we will reply with a price and lead time.

Can parts come back anodised or painted?

Yes. We have anodising and powder coating done by trusted partner companies and collect the parts on your behalf. You get a single invoice.

Do you ship to Germany, Austria and Switzerland?

Yes, we ship your machined parts by courier throughout Poland and to the DACH countries. We can prepare the quote and documents in German or English.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, before quoting. Indicate this in the form and we will send you the agreement to sign.

We hold tolerances. We deliver on time.
